The Pacific oyster, Japanese oyster or Miyagi oyster is an oyster native to the Pacific coast of Asia. It has become an introduced species in North AmericaAustraliaEurope, and New Zealand.

How to cook an oyster?

Lay your oysters out evenly on an old roasting dish that's filled with a little bit of water. Set your burner to medium-high heat, cover your grill, and let cook for 5-10 minutes. Oysters are done when their shells open. Discard any oysters that didn't open during the cooking process.
